On the 12th of June 10 students and staff of Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University were awarded Diplomas of Legnitsa School of Management (Poland). They took part in the two Diploma program.

The representatives of the administration of the Polish school Agnieszka Pawlak-Volanin, the Vice-Rector and Basil Nazaruk, the Dean were wearing traditional professorial garments when they handed the Diplomas to the new masters in the solemn atmosphere of the ceremony.

The Polish colleagues evinced a great warmth and considerable respect for their students in Legnitsa because those people were taught "Management" in Polish and they showed a high diligence, self-discipline and persistence in their studies.

Flexible training programs, friendly attitude, the ability to study a number of subjects in Ukraine, reenrollment of the courses taken at USPU are the advantages of the educational program. Besides, there were some visuals created by students, the undergraduates could see the unexplored the world, visit Krakow, Wroclaw, Prague, Dresden, some of the students tried skiing for the first time in their lives, climbed the picturesque mountain Hojnik, explored the world famous tourist attractions, like Szklarska Poreba, Jelenia Gora, Karpacz. Having familiarized themselves with all this for only one year, the Uman students have become more mobile, open.

The words of sincere gratitude of the graduate students were turned to Natalia Pobirchenko, the Rector of USPU because she was the one to initiate and maintain the program. In her turn, Natalia S. warmly congratulated the talented masters on their successful education and protection of scientific work and expressed the hope that the two Diplomas would significantly improve their competitiveness on the labor market.

The representatives of the Polish school (Agnieszka Pawlak-Volanin and Basil Nazaruk) as well as the representatives of our University Petro Kurmayev, Oksana Zabolotna and Kateryna Kuzan received the gratitude of the USPU for significant contributions into the program.

The students were congratulated by the Department Deans Nadiya Brit (Department of Foreign Languages), Valentyna Koval (Department of Ukrainian Philology), Tetiana Komar (Economics Department), Yuliya Muzichenko (on behalf of the Dean of the Sociology and Psychology Department Oksana Kravchenko) who had been inspiring, supporting and helping them.

The students gained new knowledge, expand their world, showed the thirst for learning and the ability to conduct researches at the European level. The University is proud of them and congratulates Olexandr Kozak, Liza Zabolotna, Olexandr Kovalenko (Department of Foreign Languages), Yuliya Kybalchuk (Department of Ukrainian Philology), Inna Korol, Kateryna Zamulyanets, Inna Gusak (Economics Department), Svitlana Zayats, Yugeniya Krugla, Nataliya Lavryk (Department of Sociology and Psychology).
