On July 2, 2012, like all higher education institutions of Ukraine, Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University began documents reception at full-time training course for the educational qualification level of "Bachelor", "Specialist" and "Master".

Admission is open daily from 7.30 am.

It is known that Ukrainian applicants can apply to university both in a traditional way (on paper), and via the Internet.

The application is submitted electronically by filling an electronic form on-line according to the procedure of submission and consideration of applications in electronic form to participate in the competitive selection to university, approved by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of Ukraine.

Electronic application form shall be submitted by the applicants who have a certificate of secondary education, certificate (s) of external independent testing of competitive items, defined by terms and rules of admission to higher education establishments, and enter to receive the educational qualification level of Bachelor.

Paper or electronic application forms may be submitted to no more than five Ukrainian higher educational establishments and chose no more than three degree courses (specialty) in each of them. Each paper application form (mentioning if it is the original or copy of documents attached to application) is listed by authorized person of selection committee to a single state education electronic database directly during receiving the application. The fact of submitting the application electronically fix in a single state education electronic database automatically.
