The new academic year has began and, hence, began a new and tense work of the librarians who need to provide each student with necessary books and the other kinds of literature. To avoid overcrowding and rushing, the scentific library has developed schedule of student attendance by departments, which was placed in the Web site of the library and according to which the day-time students have the possibilities to receive the books. During this period 27 971 books were distributed among the students (including 1242 books for first-year students). First-year students for whom everything seems new, unusual and vast were provided by sufficient help. The scientific library workers were quick and crafty, polite and attentive to distribute all the necessary literature.
