The Global Undergraduate Exchange Program (Global UGRAD) is a scholarship exchange program managed by the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, U.S. Department of State for emerging students of HEI around the world. This international cultural and educational program provides an exchange of talanted foreign students aimed at deepening knowledge and the USA culture and traditions study. The program for HEI students (Global UGRAD) is managed by the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine and World Learning organization.

The U. S. Government and World Learning organization announce the beginning of the competition between students of HEI for participation in 2015-2016 Global UGRAD Exchange Program. The participators will be chosen under the following criteria: academic results, leader potential, knowledge of English and readiness to stay abroad as an exchange student.The participators will study during one semester following the “Non-degree” program at any specialty in the USA. Those who wish to study law and medicine will be recommended to study just basic courses of the mentioned before specialties.

The exchange program Global UGRAD provides fees for: travel to/from the USA, studying at the American University, living and accomodation expenses, medical assurance, necessary books and monthly scholarship.

Program Global UGRAD accepts applications from all students, independent of their race, religion ethnicity, gender. Disabled people are highly recommended to participate in the competition. The competition is open and based on academic and individual performance of a candidate.
