You have an opportunity to enter Preparatory Training Department (educational and training division of adjacent professions) for full-time and part-time training courses the specialty "Social Worker" (vocational education).

All graduates receive the qualification "Social Worker" of the 3rd grade and the state sample certificate, which gives the opportunity to work in rehabilitation centers, institutions of public social protection, work with children and youth according to the directions of organization's activity, make plans to work with social groups, take care of pensioners, disabled and lonely advanced age people, provide social, individual and family assistance.

The following documents should be submitted:

• Copy of state sample document on education;
• Passport (1, 2 and 11 pages copy);
• Copy of one parent passport (1, 2 and 11 pages copy);
• Copy of medical certificate (Form 086-O);
• Copy of marriage certificate (if applicable);
• 2 photos 3x4;

Documents submission is from 07. 02. to 07. 31. 2012.
Tuition is 1800 UAH.
