On 23-24 November 2023, the Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznań hosted a series of meetings of 56 vice-rectors and vice-rectors for International Relations of The Union of Rectors of Ukraine. Among the participants was Vice-Rector for International Relations and Strategic Development Volodymyr Mykolaiko. The meetings discussed a number of organisational and procedural issues of the Union of Rectors of Ukraine, internationalisation strategies (tools, priorities, project management, challenges, risk management, academic mobility) and international education, namely, attracting foreign students to study in Ukrainian educational institutions and the development of Ukrainian studies. The results were summarized and the prospects for international relations in the future were discussed by the event participants on November 24th. Vice-rector, Prof. Rafał Dymczyk and Dr. Kostiantyn Mazur handed over laptops for the international cooperation departments to representatives of all Ukrainian universities that participated in the "International Summer Schools" project in 2023. The NAWA provided support to the meetings of the vice-rectors for international cooperation.
