A student of the Pavlo Tychyna USPU History Department, Olexandra Smilyanets, participated in the 16th annual meeting of the Yalta European Strategy “Happiness Now. New Approaches for a World in Crisis”.

More than 400 leading politicians, diplomats, businessmen, civic activists and experts from 26 countries participated in a conference organized by the Yalta European Strategy (YES) in partnership with the Victor Pinchuk Foundation.

Leading world leaders, thought leaders, businessmen and thinkers discussed changes in Ukraine and the world, as well as the ways of further development.

During the meeting, Oleksandr Smilyanets had the opportunity to put questions to Oleg Sentsov and Svyatoslav Vakarchuk. According to Olexandra herself, she is ready for changes and strives to do her best to make people feel happy today and now.

The meeting added confidence and faith in their own strength to all participants.
