On November 26, 2024, the National Erasmus+ Office of Ukraine organized a training dedicated to the peculiarities of project implementation under martial law, ensuring effective interaction and synergy of teams. The event was organized with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine in cooperation with the Institute of Higher Education of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine.

The event was attended by representatives of Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University: Dean of the Faculty of Physics, Mathematics and Informatics Tetiana Makhometa, Head of the International Relations Department Kateryna Ilnytska, Chief Accountant Olena Arepieva and Deputy Chief Accountant Oksana Voitko.

The training brought together about 30 Erasmus+ CBHE project coordinators, including managers, specialists in financial and economic services, representatives of international departments, and institutional coordinators of the winning universities of the 2024 Erasmus+ CBHE competition.

The key speakers were Svitlana Shytikova, Coordinator of the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine, Zhanna Talanova, her deputy, responsible for analytical work and a member of the National Team of Experts on Higher Education Reform (HERE team), and Veronika Tkachenko, NEO manager.

Tetiana Makhometa, as a project coordinator from the university, presented the project “Comprehensive Introduction of Augmented and Alternative Communication Methodology into the Ukrainian System of Education” (AMUSE), which received grant funding under Erasmus+ in 2024.

During the event, representatives of Erasmus+ CBHE grantee institutions presented their projects, exchanged experiences, and received recommendations for their effective implementation.
