All-Ukrainian social and political weekly "Osvita" published the names of the winners of rating "Best Educators in 2012". This year's poll of readers on choosing the brightest figures in Ukrainian education brought several hundred names of associates, masters of Pedagogics.

Rating vote based on letters and emails to the editorship defined personalities who were awarded educational honors. Rector of Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University Nataliya POBIRCHENKO is among them. Natalia Pobirchenko won the award "Only Build a Temple" for bright implementation of educational and methodical project "Laboratory of teaching competence".
