Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University has conducted negotiations with a Chinese company Zhiqiu Education Technology (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. on the subject of training citizens of the People's Republic of China in the University.

As a result of meetings and negotiations a cooperation agreement between Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University and the Chinese company Zhiqiu Education Technology (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. was signed on May 1, 2023. 

According to the agreement the Chinese company Zhiqiu Education Technology (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. is authorized to open a representative office of the University on the territory of mainland China and represent the interests of the University regarding the remote recruitment of citizens of the PRC for studying under the educational programs "Bachelor", "Master", Doctors of Philosophy with the help of online platforms.
