On April 23, the University athletes participated in the championship of Ukraine in different kinds of martial arts named after Victor Synyebryukhov, that was held in Cherkasy Sport Palace "Buidvelnyk" to promote marital sports training and define the best athletes in martial arts. History Department students Boryslav Boychev (3rd year) and Denys Zlochevskyi (2nd year) under full contact part (irikomi-go) won the first places among participants in a weight category of 65 and 100 kg.
