On the 20 of September was organized a social action by Students’ Social Service for 25 children from Uman Orphanage.

15 volunteers and assistants were organizers of this event.

Volunteers dramatized a story about Indian princess kidnapping by “evil Grey ghost”. Tribe shaman gave new Indians pieces of old map in order to find Manido. Their helpers were: “Ghost of Wise owl”, “ghost of Clever raven”, “ghost of Time”, “ghost of strong wind”, “ghost of sadness and tears”, “ghost who always hears music”. Little Indians were guessing riddles, and were doing ghost tasks. Afterwards, beautiful Manido was rescued and “evil Grey ghost” transformed into “good White ghost” and they married. Celebration was with Indian dances and with made on fire soup treating.

I thank volunteers for organizing this event, my relatives and friends for their help, the dean of Social Pedagogics and Applied Psychology department Oxana O. Kravchenko and sponsors for their support. We did a nice job and we can be proud!
