On November 19, students and lecturers of Arts and Pedagogics Department of specialty "Visual Arts" had an exited trip to Odesa in terms of celebration of the International Student’s Day.

The charming city that is considered the “jewel at the sea”, is famous for its heroic history, unique architectural monuments, picturesque streets, still courtyards, friendly citizens with a special sense of humor. But the purpose of the trip was not only to explore the city, but also establish friendly relations with colleagues from K. Ushynskyi Southern National Pedagogical University and M. Grekov Odesa Art School, which soon will celebrate the 150th anniversary.

We studied the educational bases of these institutions, overviewed diploma works exhibition, attended workshops and classrooms, talked with lecturers and students, and discussed common problems and ways of cooperation in the nearest future (the organization of joint exhibitions and conferences).

We thank the administration and lecturers of these institutions for their hospitality and warm welcome!

Many positive emotions were aroused by trip to the sea. The fresh air, the sound of waves, screams of gulls - a real feast of the soul!

Saying goodbye to the sea and the city, we returned home, full of creative plans for the future!
