During the participation of Vice-Rector for International Relations and Strategic Development Volodymyr Mykolayko in the kick-off meeting of the Erasmus+ project “AMUSE – Comprehensive Introduction of Augmented and Alternative Communication Methodology into the Ukrainian System of Education”, a number of important meetings were held with the administration of the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin (Poland). In particular, Volodymyr Mykolayko met with the Vice-Rector for Development and Economic Cooperation, Professor, Doctor of Habilitation Zbigniew Pastuszak.
During the meeting, the parties discussed important aspects of the preparation and signing of the Cooperation Agreement, which will help establish friendly relations between the universities, support academic exchange, and deepen scientific, cultural, and educational cooperation. They also considered the possibilities of jointly developing and implementing international projects and organizing events to develop inter-university cooperation.
Particular attention was paid to the prospects of creating double degree programs. The implementation of such programs will open up new educational opportunities for students of both institutions, providing them with access to quality education of the European level.
This cooperation will be an important step towards the integration of Ukrainian higher education institutions into the European educational space, facilitate the exchange of experience and the development of joint educational and research initiatives.
