Educational field practice that has such direction as environmental exploration of nature is very important for the preparation of biologists.

In June, the second year students of Natural Sciences and Geography Department had the opportunity to travel to the Biosphere Reserve "Askaniya Nova" according to ecology educational and field practice program and agreement between University and the reserve.

Various ecosystems of the steppe such as "wild steppe" zoo, arboretum were explored during the practice.

Thanks to the leadership of the reserve - Director Victor S. Gavrylenko and former graduate of our University Natural Sciences and Geography Department Evgeniya M. Morgun practice was interesting, substantial. It enriched knowledge of each student and gave the opportunity to experience the emotional pleasure of communication with the unique nature of the region.
