On the 7-9th of September, within the framework of state budgetary theme, was organized, by scientists of scientific-research laboratory "Ecology and education", ecological expedition in order to estimate natural territories of Vinnytsya region with the aim of their further testament.
Teachers, undergraduates, students of Uman State Pedagogic University, public organizations and village councils took part in the expedition.
Territory of investigation was divided into quadrants in order to provide effective work during expedition. Members of expedition created special application forms, where the results of analysis were added. All information was systematized. Four application forms were filled in according to results of expedition.
There are territories in Illinetsk district, which have a considerable potential to transfer them into protected territories. Among them: "Illinetska dacha", Illinetsk crater, Illinetsk forestry "Dendrosad", archeological memorial "Borusivske gorodyshche (site of ancient settlement)".

Today, scientists are trying to ground the foundation of new protected objects. As a result "Illinetska dacha" can become botanical reserve, "Illinetsk crater" - geological reserve, Illinetsk forestry "Dendrosad" - botanical garden or dendropark.
