The Ukrainian Philology Department held a roundtable in terms of visiting the delegation from Polish Jan Dlugosz Academy in Czestochowa consisting of Professor, Doctor of Sciences, director of the Institute of Polish Philology Adam Regievich and Prof. Krzysztof Tchaikovsky.

Guests together with Dean of Ukrainian Philology Department, Doctor of Sciences in Pedagogy, Professor Valentyna Koval discussed the prospects of joint projects in the field of Slavic Studies that will be implemented under the aegis of the relevant ministries of Poland and Ukraine.

Such projects include participating in conferences on philological, historical, cultural, and artistic issues. The results of the joint research activities will be reflected in the collections of scientific works of Pavlo Tychyna USPU and Jan Dlugosz Academy. Student will have the possibility of publishing abroad and present the results of their scientific research in student scientific collections in Ukraine and Poland.

The participants of conversation also discussed the possibility of passing an internship by teaching staff of USPU in Poland at Jan Dlugosz Academy in Częstochowa.

During the visit, the Polish delegation discussed the conducting of academic mobility of students and their studying in Poland.

The visit of foreign guests was the key to the further development of international activities in USPU in cooperation with Jan Dlugosz Academy in Czestochowa in science and education.
