The website of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine discloses information about the inclusion of a number of printed periodicals in the List of scientific professional editions of Ukraine by categories "A", "B" and "C". Among the 25 national editions included into the list, the status of Ukraine scientific professional edition of category "B" was received by the journal "Economic horizons" (founder – Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University).

Currently, 4 economical magazines are included into the category "A" in economic specialties, and only 9 magazines are included into the category "B".

Journal "The Economic Horizons" is a national scientific publication dedicated to the financial and economic topics, production of which was initiated by Educational and Scientific Institute of Economics and Business Education.In a relatively short period of time that has passed since receiving the magazine certificate of registration (from 02.08.2017), the publication was included, referenced and indexed in twenty science-computer databases, repositories and search engines, and articles published in the journal receive international DOI digital identifiers.
