VI Championship of Ukraine on the multi-reps bench press was held on the basis of Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University. The organizers of the competition were Physical Education Department of USPU and Ukrainian Multi-Reps Bench Press Federation.In each barbell’s category was an interesting struggle for the championship, because 70 best athletes came from different corners of our country to demonstrate their strength endurance. Representatives of the USPU were unsurpassed. In the nomination of a barbell - 75 kg, student of Physical Education Department, the Ukraine Master of Sports - Serhii Siurenko became the best among juniors with the result of 42 repetitions. In the nomination of a barbell - 125 kg, student of Physical Education Department, the Ukraine Master of Sports - Vladyslav Moshenskyi not only took the 1st place, but also established a new record of Ukraine among juniors, having pressed a barbell 18 times. Completed the nomination of 125 kg barbell among men, the teacher of Physical Education Department, the Master of Sports of the International class -Serhii Ilchenko with the result of 28 reps, having taken the 1st place.

The team of Cherkasy region took the 1st team place and was awarded with a cup.
