On August 31, the first meeting of the Academic Council took place in the new academic year. A report on the outcomes for the 2011-2012 academic year and goals for the next one at the University were presented.

The meeting was visited by the University chairs’ heads, heads of departments and guests - Head of Education Department of Uman City Council Oksana Gerasymenko, head of Education Department of Uman District State Administration Oksana Suprunets, Director of Uman Humanitarian Pedagogical College Olga Chepka.

Report of Rector Nataliya Pobirchenko and prepared information and analysis database, as well as expressed ideas and suggestions showed positive development of the institution, and the prospects for further progress of the University in the near future was presented.
