Project «Internationalization of the university in conditions of its autonomy and social political instability in Ukraine» in cooperation with the British Council in Ukraine (Leadership development programme)

Our university has identified internationalization as one of the priorities of its development (The concept of internationalization of Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University for 2020-2025). Thus, the objective of this project is to optimize international cooperation due to:

• the use of cutting-edge marketing technologies;
• growth of the university community potential;
• improvement of the university internationalization strategy.

Participation in the project will enable our university to correlate quickly and efficiently its system of education and science with international standards, to improve principles of internationalization of higher education institutions. In particular, the modern realities of Ukraine require decisive actions to activate the international environment at university and outside it. It will give us the opportunity to increase educational and scientific potential, by attracting new partnerships, improving the new internationalization strategy of university and its favourable positioning at the international arena.

Successful implementation of the project is based on the system of effective measures aimed at reforming international cooperation at both internal organization of the University and external partnerships.
